Actual dimensions versus drawing dimensions

Actual dimensions of the 3D printed object are roughly .95 percent of the drawing dimensions. Is this due to the shrinkage factor of ABS plastic?

Attached are pics of the item.

How you measure the dimensions?

Yes, this is caused by shrinking of ABS.

You could handle it by adjusting the design wich is not a good idea if you want to print on different printers.

Better try the OFFSETS in the advanced Z-Suite print options. I got my designs holes matched to the components this way.

Good values are 0.1 - 0.2, use both settings accordingly.

Thank you Z-Renegade.

Alekseij: measured with calipers. Accurate to .001mm.

I have found on mine that .13 for holes works the best.. You will have to do some testing.
