connector cable is broken

Hey guys on one of mi zortraxs de big black cable is broken say about 1 cm above the connector.

In the left upper corner the filament wont feed

when i play with the black cable it works from time to time

so can i get a new cable and how do i replace it at the bottom of the printer

Contact support which will probably send you a new cable.
