Got my Zortrax printer two weeks ago, unpacked it today and thought hmm...Well this is a small company and this product will probably require some setting up and fixing issues reading on forum to solve problems etc...

Downloaded a STL
Hit print
Two hours later the print was done.

Congratulations on your new printer, and welcome to the forum.
The M200 is really quite easy to use, as you found. Thanks to the auto bed height procedure before every print the first and most important layers are usually put down as they should be. This solves one of the biggest problems new users have when printing, imo.
