How do I adjust the nozzle height?

I have added a BuildTak Printing Build Surface and need to adjust the nozzle height, how do I go about it?

Did you cover the contact square in the center of the perf board or removed the perfboard? If yes, then you have to build a removable contact plate out of shim stock and a wire. You have to figure out how to hook up that wire to the small platform connector. Then place the contact plate on top of the build tak plate during the z cal routine.

Or cut a hole and use a couple folded layers of aluminum foil as a spacer.
