Light : on / off switch

I guess nobody noticed because it’s barely used but :

I wanted to switch the light off, so I use the settings and switched it off.

But then, at my next print, the light was back on. I didn’t pay attention until I saw it on my observation webcam but it was too late, I started the print.

I don’t know anything about programming but :

Would it be possible to keep the last parameter (on or off) after switch off the printer ?

That would be practical.

Thanks

PS : I told you, it’s not important. Just a small matter.

When possible I would like to see a manual light on on at any time. When I start a print I want the light on but when I go to bed I don’t need it on.

I guess this won’t be possible easily. As it is a major change of hardware.

I believe Martin mentioned at one time that the lights are under software control and eventually we will be able to choose color, so I assume “off” will be possible as well.

Yeah, it shouldn’t be too hard to have some options to pull up on the LCD even while printing. Just takes a little extra coding.
