M200 realignment procedures

Support, I am looking for procedures to properly realign the M200.  The past few times we have tried to print some designs, we noticed some weirdness with the M200.  When we start a print, there is a loud stuttering noise for a second or two (like it's trying to move the head but can't since it's already in the corner and it's pushing more into the corner).  When the head finally moves, it seems to be "off". Any help with this is appreciated.

Sound like your endstop switches has failed to me. You should mail Zortrax support about it.

This doesn't happen all the time.  I have emailed the support team.

Which is more indicative of a failing switch. If it was misaligned it would most likely do it every time, while a switch could fail intermittently.

Is it similar to this?

That doesn't sound good!  It's like the motor is trying to turn but can't.

Probably it’s problem with endstops - please follow instructions from the support team via e-mail.

Apart of that, here you can find reallign procedure (however probably is not neccesary in your case): http://support.zortrax.com/hc/en-us/articles/201315441-Eliminating-Layers-Displacement

Mine does not sound like that and it's more of an issue when it starts a print job and then in the middle of it the print design will shift and then cause the design to be messed up.

Here is a picture of what the print jobs do now and it has done it the past 4 print jobs. Attached is image of output.  What would cause this?  I did notice when watching a job that it sounded like the motor skipped and was out of alignment on one of the jobs.

Thoughts on this issue?

Did you follow the directions in the link that Filip posted?

If so, follow the instructions in this video.

I followed both sets of instructions and I ensured everything was tighten and still same issue happens.  It actually happened where it shifted early in the printing process.  Does anyone think it might be the motor that could be bad?  I swapped the motors and will see if that causes the issue on the opposite side when it shifts.

I swapped the motors to each different side and the same issue happens.  I"m at a loss why this is happening all the time now.

Maybe something is wrong with electronics.
