I have had m200 for years no problem

I just started using the new zsuite and prints not as good

I just put on new bed and nozzle and did calibration

It starts out laying filament and then filament can’t push out because to close to bed

If I try to push filament thru it starts to come out or if I drop the bed height by turning bed leveling

Screws down the filament starts to come out.

What do you think is problem?

Hi buster20,

Which “screws down the filament” do you mean? I assume you are talking about the calibration screws?

Please carry out platform calibration once again (it is important to tighten the calibration screws).

Additionally, you can try the manual calibration method. Contact me via PM for more details.
