Missing parts of the support

Hello,

I have a problem by printing the support (see picture attached). I seems like if no material went out of the extruder...

The extruder and the heater are brand new, but this doesn't change anything to the problem. The Z-ABS cold grey spool is also brand new, out of box. I've cleaned the gear of the "filament feeder".

I don't know where it comes from. Any help would be very welcome!!

Had a nearly identical problem last week, on yellow ultra. Almost same location near the corner of the support.

No idea why.

I was in medium infill with support normal, I tried infill high with support light and the problem was no more visible. But it is strange with a new extruder…

yes off course. Here it is.

But the support is OK in Z-Suite 1.7.1 (but not in reality :( )

What did you do to the file Marcin? "try that one" doesn't tell us anything. ;-)
