Wouldn't be fair to compare the two.. Same system but the metal ones are butter smooth.

I modified the cheap servo motor lastnight (as per the "instructions"), so now its like an expensive one at continuous variable speeds.

I'm modifying the Flexi-Spline in various prints with offsets & CAD model (see my comment on the above link), to improve function & reliability.
