Nozzle breaks when unscrewing it

Today I tried to remove the nozzle in order to clean it because it was clogged.

I followed the instructions that can be found in http://support.zortrax.com/

But when I tried to unscrew the nozzle (turning it counterclockwise, like when unscrewing any standard screw and as specificated in the support web site), it came out without the thread.

It must be some manufacturing defect, because I didn't make any great effort. Furthermore, the nozzle has a 6mm hexagonal head but the provided tube key is for 7mm hexagonal heads, and I had to use a standard fixed wrench (not larger than the provided tube).

Warranty should cover the nozzle replacement (we have the M200 only for one week), but I dont know how can I remove the part of the nozzle that remains into the hot end. Must the whole hot end be replaced?

I have attached two photos...

Contact support.

Was extruder heated when you were removing it? You will need to take hotend apart and remove the broken piece with screw extractor.

As Sam suggested, try a screw extractor:

That happened to me three days after I received my M200 :)

Zortrax was cool about replacing it though. They sent me a new hotend too, so I didn't have to extract anything.

I think I am in the same situation that you were in. Did you just call the general support number to get them to replace it? What information will I need?
