Hello everyone,
I’m having a print quality issue with my Zortrax M200 Plus and I hope someone can help.
Problem description:
- The first layer mostly looks fine
- However, one corner of the print consistently lifts up (warping)
- The rest of the print adheres well and looks good
- The lifted corner causes deformation in the bottom layers
Printer & settings:
- Printer: Zortrax M200 Plus
- Material: Z-ULTRAT
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.15 mm
- Infill: 70%
- Support: Automatic (30°)
What I have already tried:
- Cleaned the build plate (isopropyl alcohol)
- Recalibrated the printer
- Tried different models → same corner issue
- Checked filament → seems fine
Observations:
- The issue is always at (or near) the same corner of the build plate
- The first layer in that area seems slightly less “squished”
- The rest of the bed seems perfectly fine
Questions:
- Could this indicate a bed leveling issue (even after calibration)?
- Could the build plate be slightly uneven or worn in that corner?
- Could airflow or ambient temperature cause lifting on just one side?
- Any tips to improve adhesion specifically in one corner?
Any suggestions are very welcome!
Thanks in advance!
