One corner lifting (warping) on Zortrax M200 Plus – first layer issue (Z-ULTRAT

Hello everyone,

I’m having a print quality issue with my Zortrax M200 Plus and I hope someone can help.

Problem description:

  • The first layer mostly looks fine
  • However, one corner of the print consistently lifts up (warping)
  • The rest of the print adheres well and looks good
  • The lifted corner causes deformation in the bottom layers

Printer & settings:

  • Printer: Zortrax M200 Plus
  • Material: Z-ULTRAT
  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm
  • Layer height: 0.15 mm
  • Infill: 70%
  • Support: Automatic (30°)

What I have already tried:

  • Cleaned the build plate (isopropyl alcohol)
  • Recalibrated the printer
  • Tried different models → same corner issue
  • Checked filament → seems fine

Observations:

  • The issue is always at (or near) the same corner of the build plate
  • The first layer in that area seems slightly less “squished”
  • The rest of the bed seems perfectly fine

Questions:

  1. Could this indicate a bed leveling issue (even after calibration)?
  2. Could the build plate be slightly uneven or worn in that corner?
  3. Could airflow or ambient temperature cause lifting on just one side?
  4. Any tips to improve adhesion specifically in one corner?

Any suggestions are very welcome!

Thanks in advance!

Another chatgtp post omfg, use your brains to write.

Anyway warping happens when the temperature is too small, try adding enclosure or making temps a bit higher

Problem solved and the solution was simpel : the bed was not level after first calibration. Re-calibrated = result ok now.

Thanks!
