Andre, this solution with remove LCD from housing it's ok to check the problem, but I don't think that this is the problem, because we not change anything with LCD panel.
From users reports 100% problems exist in the STL files, now we look how we can prepare some algorithms to check the STL files, but it takes time due to the fact that it isn't so easy.
It is good to know that the Zortrax team makes thoughts about this problem. However, I would point out the following. As you can see in my entry in bug tracker http://forum.zortrax.com/index.php?/tracker/issue-4-printing-process-is-not-complete/has m4cias the same Z-code, that does not worked for me, successfully printed. Last week I have tried to print a small object. Two times it did not work but the third time it worked perfectly. The same Stl file with the same z-code! I should mention that the Stl files that I use are generated by a professional dental application and verified for further processing in the CNC and SLM technology. Of course you can never be 100% sure, but I never had problems with this Stl files.
Which function has actually the visualization of the Z-codes in the Z-Suite? Maybe I'm wrong, but I assume that it is the simulation of the printing process. If my guess is correct, then would be possible errors and problems, associated with the print object, visible. So, if I import an incomplete or incorrect Stl file in Z-suite, then the z-code would be incorrect or incomplete. And this should be visible in the simulation.
Another thought. Even an incomplete or faulty model corresponds to 100% of the layers which have been calculated. So if the hardware is fine and there is no bug in the Z-suite, I would have a bad or incomplete object, but the printing process would have to run till 100%. And this is definitely not the case. The printing stops in the middle of the process, the printing platform moves down and the print-head stops on the last position!
I´m not an expert, but I think that this problem can´t be on the Stl files.
I hope I have expressed myself well enough (my English is not so good). What do you think about?
I just had a similar issue. Not very happy bout it.
When I did the Zcode it displayed perfectly then I put on SD and started the print. Well at first I hit start and left. It never started so "hours" later I tried again and 62% into the print I realized something was wrong because it should've only been 3o%.
I ended it and took a look at the Zcode that saved and it was only half complete. Did two other zcodes and each one is different.
Its amazing the time difference.
I am going to try this again and hopefully it works. Hate wasting filament and electricity.
Also I am curious why I can't take a code from the SD card and put on the computer then load into Zsuite. Zsuite doesn't recognize it. Anyone else see that?------as soon as I posted this I tried again and Zsuite told me to F off and recognized it. Grrrrr!
We have prepared service manual if such situations happens to check if it’s the *.stl file, software or hardware issue. Please follow the instructions from attachment.

thanks, I prepared a post by the alert and the files related to the error
i was printing and at 60% it just stopped and went down as if it had finished.

Now im printing exactly the same file (i havent even touched the SD card, i just selected to print the same model) and it has gone past 70% at the moment correctly.
hi, there are multiple object on the printer ?
I for now I had no interruptions with single objects
On this case yes, im printig the same piece twice but on the other cases i was just printing 1 piece.
