I have big problems with heating before printing. First time the heating 22,13min
from the printer takes up to print, if I want to print PC-ABS.
And then would be the other problem. When the indicator for heating reaches 100%,
it collapses again. The pressure starts at 100% only at the second start.

I believe it's not issue, PCABS requires highest bed temperature out of all our materials and that takes time
I do not think that is normal. How long does it take them? Also 22min? Have previously tried with ABS. This takes 14.51min. I remember that the new 7min lasted. This does not explain, however, that at 100%, as in the video, breaks and starts again. There can be something wrong.
