Problems with prints. Help

Hi guys,

some days I have problems printing with Zortrax. I don’t know how I can resolve this problem. Could be the new firmware 0.08 that I have installed some days ago? Before the only problem was that platform deformed in the middle that I solved.

Probably the problem is the her firmware 0.0.8. How I can downgrade the firmware?

Is it Z-material? I don't know this colour, or the light makes it different.

Hi Moabie, this is not a z-abs color. I solved the problem by replacing the nozzle and the hotend (an old v1).
