SERIOUS PROBLEM with M200 PLUS

My M200 Plus has suddenly started to stop every so often during a 3D print. Printing is interrupted for a few seconds and then resumed, but this problem ruins the integrity of the printed parts. Moreover, during the appearance of this problem, the touch screen does not respond to any command, so I could not suspend or terminate the print using the appropriate buttons on the screen, but I had to turn off the printer using the power switch. I prepared the object with the latest version of Z-Suite (v2.11.2.0) and the printer has the latest firmware (v2.1.0), but I don’t know if it’s a hardware problem or an error in the .zcodex file.
This is the link to the video I recorded:

Any ideas about the reasons for this problem?
