Z axis stepper motor

Hi,

I just tired printing and when the build plate is supposed to go up it drops down. I reset printer tired again this time it went up but not the right height. So decided to level the plate again the platform dropped and wouldnt go up. Can someone please help me?

Thanks for the links, that was it. used painter tape between the pref board and aluminum plate could not find what is wrong so that was a quick fix so i can still print until i hear back from zortrax.
