Zortrax M300 Diagonal Asymmetry

Hi!
My Zortrax M300 does not print symmetrically. It is strange that asymmetry occurs along diagonal of the print bed not along X or Y axis. The problem is so serious that you can see this assymetry without using caliper. I have performed maintenance method with JIGS (https://support.zortrax.com/m300-axes-maintenance-with-jigs/) but it did not help at all.

Has anyone else run into this issue and if so do you have a solution?

Hello,

Can you provide some pictures of your prints? It would be good to send them to us via support form, please also include pictures showing the jigs installed on the rods.
