As I can see, all suppliers in EU stopped working with Zortrax. They stopped selling their printers, filaments, spare parts and so on. I asked our supplier what has happened, and they told us that there were too many problems with supplies, quality of products and other issues that they decided to stop cooperation for now.
We already have problem, that there is no filament on stock, so we are buying other brand, but what if we need spare parts, which are not on stock?
What is the future with Zortrax printers, is it time to move on and buy new, from other brand?
I bought a few nozzles directly from Zortrax to see if there is any life left in this company. DaimanZortrax seems to be one of the last fighters, at least he answers here in the forum. My mails to sales@zortrax.com remain unanswered. What a pity. Maybe @DamianZortrax can help me.Order 14576. Mail send to sales today.
