I came across a German company that produces both perforated and smooth (no holes) print plates for the M200 Plus. It’s called IDE. Has anyone heard of this company? Anyone purchased and used their products?
I’m thinking of purchasing from this company given that it’s become difficult to find replacement parts within the UK, and ordering from Zortax, if replacement parts are available, is slow to ship.
I’ve used these plates, and I have to say that you often need to clean them with IPA and use MagicGoo because they have adhesion issues.
What type of filament material were you using? Did you try adjusting the plate temperature?
I generally played around with such things. I was doing it with ABS and related materials like ASA, etc. Overall, I prefer printing on glass. The problem with the glass from Zortrax is that on my M300 Plus, it is warped at the corners where it is mounted.
