I have seldom seen such a good and helpful support site that helps solve small to medium problems on my own. Small videos, StepbyStep instructions in pictures and videos for self-repair.
Unfortunately not in my language (German) but still exemplary. Should there be a Zortrax 3D printer in a very short time that has features such as Wifi, Filament Detector, print after power failure and a print room of at least 300x300x300 mm and maybe even optical endstops, I would also return to Zortrax immediately … , The stability, reliability and of course the great support page are exemplary. Since I unfortunately had to sell my M300 because of missing (above mentioned) features again, I mention now the purchase of the new Raise3D Pro2, which has many of the necessary / desired features. Too bad, because I was (almost) satisfied with Zortrax. I just wanted to get rid of that … 
I have to praise the support site of Zortrax even if I'm no longer a user of Zortrax ;-(
