About Clogged nozzle m200

My m200 always clogs after a few minutes of printing.
The motor runs but nothing comes out.
clean, clean, clean! but in the next printing. it clogs again.
Any tips that could help me?

Hey, thanks for describing your problem. When it comes to clogged nozzles, there can be several causes:

  • Moist filament – it needs to be dried.
  • Residual high-temperature filament – it might be blocking the nozzle if the current filament has a lower melting point.
  • Check the extruder PCB and ribbon cable.
  • Most importantly – I had the same issue with my M300+. Unscrew the nozzle from the extruder, start the filament loading process, and remove the foamed and burned filament that clogs the nozzle. Then, use a torch to heat the nozzle to around 500°C until it turns red-hot, and let it cool for a moment. This should burn off all impurities. Be careful not to grab the thread and avoid using pliers—use tweezers instead.
