Adherence issue to the base plate

Hello,

I bought the Inkspire several monthes ago and since few weeks it becomes difficult to get a good adhesion of the prints to the base plate. Off course this lead to failed prints. Sometimes the plate came out of the resin with nothing on it, only solid resin stuck on the film in the tank. Would you have any recomendation to ensure better results?

Hello Fred,

Do you carry out the autocalibration regularly? If you have noticed that the platform remains loose despite performing it - plese follow the platform block maintenance: https://support.zortrax.com/inkspire-platform-block-maintenance/.

Also, when was the last time you replaced the FEP film? Do you have any pictures or some files you can share?
