Anybody who can print Taulman Nylon 618 1,75mm (not on Zortrax M200)

Hello,

I need an urgent help.

I have a new Taulman Nylon 618, 1,75mm, 450g filament.

I would like to give it to anybody who is able to print me 35g part in nice quality from this material (on any 3D printer, not on Zortrax)

Thanks a lot

Is it in with the cookies?? :D

Cookies would be pretty underdone at 60C, even overnight :)

Very soft!!!! ;)

Here it is in 618. Slight warpage on the bottom flat plate, and a little overheated on the top of the ball (why don't slicers sense that the head is staying in the same area and reduce the temp a bit?). Did another in 645, will see how it came out and post photos tomorrow.

Julia,

Looks good.

What printer are you using for printing Nylon?

Do you have an idea what could be the shorter delivery time to Slovakia provided by US post office? I red it is about 5 - 7 days for envelopes under 50g.

Thak you thousant times!

This print was on an Up in an enclosure at 250C, 250 micron layers. I have no idea about US post, I always use Fedex for anything important.

If they will like it I might consider to buy one, but probably will be better to wait for Z-NYLON. How it goes with 645?

I printed this from Z-ULTRAT. Result is amazing.

Please use any postal servis wich is available for you.

Thanks

Succesful print with Nylon 618.

Thank you Julia for a great lesson and for approach.

That's great Adam, looks better than my Up print :) Congrats on success and bravo for sticking with it.

go3d_Adam, on which printer did you printed the part. It looks awesome.

Thanks Julia,

ahntlia,

It’s on the printer we are not allowed to use nylon. Surface looks great and support removing was easy as with ultrat. Just need to clean inside areas from nylon fibres. There was no warping with the orientation I showed at the top, since only small area are touching the platform.
