Arrived my M200 ... but ... :(

Support&troubleshooting Zortrax M200

Hi guys,

 

a few moments ago the courier handed me the M200.

 

I have had bad experiences with couriers in the past and I decided to check that everything was ok...

 

I open the box and check and everything seems ok, but moving the transparent plastic that hosts the M200 I noticed that the top tab of the extruder is attached as broken or better ... just see the pictures!

 

The piece seems to me to be printed according to you ... I can print out and replace?

 

Is there any administrator who can help me?

I would not worry about it, that part is not important. Just glue it together and start print stuff. :)

Just the same happened to me. But worst. Don’t worry, start printing!

Besides, you can print this piece, file available on Zortrax site.

Very nice buy azzoni,

I'm from Italy and I'm considering to buy the M200 as well. I'll go and test it live next week in Rome, were are you from? Let us know your considerations about the printer and looking forward to see your first print.
