Bad extruder bearings

Hi,

In my M200 the extruder started being a little to loose on the bearings, and it does not move smoothly.

I would like to replace the bearings and possibly linear rails. 

What brand should I use to get the best results? Also what are the dimensions?

Just in case, linear bearings are LM6UU.

The linear bearings sit in the extruder block with some set screws, might want to check those first; if they loosen, you can get some play, if too tight they will bind/damage (they are very sensitive to how tight on setscrew).
