Hi everyones, I tried to get a better prints quality on thin walls by setting 0.3 nozzle on my M200+ (with the latest firmware, and latest Z-suite versions) and as you can see on my picture, the result is disappointing…
I have used the same settings for the 0.3 and 0.4 nozzles, instead off setting 0.3/0.4 nozzle on the specifications…
That is to say for the 0.4 nozzle:
Estimated print time: 0h 57m

and for the 0.3 nozzle :
Estimated print time: 1h 56m
Material usage: 2.76m (7g)
Printer: Zortrax M200 Plus
Profile: Derniers paramètres
Support type: Automatic
Support: 0°
Material: Z-ULTRAT

So is someone can help me to hunderstand why the thick walls, witch are 0.85mm thick, are better with the 0.4 nozzle, and disgusting with the 0.3 nozzle … and the thin walls, that are 0.55mm are well in both case…
By the way, I notice that the printer is very fast to make the thick wall, then I guess that this fast make the printer vibrating and loose maybe in accuracy…
And I have check the plateform calibration…
Thank you in advance, and sorry for my bad english
