Bed Sensor Connectors

If anyone needs to replace bed sensor connector(s):

 - Male header on perfboard is molex # 53261-0371http://tinyurl.com/owj9gmc

 - Female housing on cable is molex #51021-0300http://tinyurl.com/o2h7jlc

 - and for the female you may also need crimp connectors, molex#50079-8100http://tinyurl.com/na9pbdb

Amazing, located in Mexico.

Dear Julia,

it's the litte sensor connector ?

Dear Julia,

it's the litte sensor connector ?

Yes.

:) :) :)

Thanks for sharing, Julia.  I know some day I will slip and need to replace them.

Thanks for posting the P/Ns and source for these.  They can be very hard to find when you aren't sure exactly what you are looking for.

Mike

Do you by any chance also know the model for the smaller connector with three leads?

The one with the red, black and white wires that plugs into the per board.  That's the one I'm interested in.  It's tiny.  Sorry for confusion.

Awesome... I am REALLY concerned about tearing this connector out at the wires... off to make a short 'disposable' extension ;)

Julia (or anyone) - do you know the part number of the bed heater connector?

No, but I imagine there is probably a Molex part that would work. Measure the pin spacing and look for a Molex series with the same.

Cheers Julia, I'll have a look.

Marcin - dont suppose you want to help me out here with a part number?

Think I found them:

Female: http://uk.farnell.com/jsp/search/productdetail.jsp?sku=2399221&CMP=i-bf9f-00001000

If anyone can advise on how to choose a crimper of the correct spec for these I might get one of these too, but I think I'll struggle on with pliers if the only option is the £280 JST one.

I'll confirm if these are all correct when they arrive.

For the very few connections required, I wouldn't spend money on a crimper. bend the lugs over with pliers and then solder.

Good stuff, I thought that might be the case, cheers Julia.

Can confirm that the above connectors are the correct ones.
