This is not a new issue and Julia has previously report it, but I am seeing the same problems with bottom surfaces of models being printed very poorly with support.
The model below was printed at 0.14 layer height with 20% support. I also tried it with 50% support and 0.19 layers and it was even worse.
It’s the only aspect of the Zortrax printing that is currently inferior to what I can achieve on one of my UP Plus 2’s.
I am sure you guys will get it fixed though.
