Brand new m200plus, strange noise (Z axis)

Hello, welcome to all. This is my first post on this forum :slight_smile:

So, I bought the m200 plus and when moving Z axes a strange, horrible noise appears. Sometging like cracking…, asspecially when moving down the plate. First I was think that’s a noise from a sticker that wipes on housing, but it’s not.

Prints are fine but I think that this noise is something serious. This is from first day
