I’m having a problem with the camera preview from Z-Suite on my M300 Dual.
Instead, I tried on Zortrax INCLOUD and the camera preview works well.
Which can be the problem??

Which version of Z-Suite and printer firmware are you on? Are you on Windows or macOS (in case of the later, which version of macOS are you on)? Are the printer and computer on the same network? Is the printer connected to the network via wifi or cable?
M300 dual firmware 2.6.15
Z-suite 3.5.0.0
Mac OS Sequoia 15.1 with M1
The printer and the computer are on the same network and are connected via Wi-fi

Sorry, I forgot to mention - the camera preview issue on Macs should be fixed by now.
Hi Damian, yes It works now on my Mac os Sequoia 15.1 M1. But still remain the pattern selection problem that i mentioned in another post
