on my M300Dual I cannot find the Z-Support Premium on my Z-Suite software, so I’m unable to use the support with Z-Pla because I can select only Z-Support ATP from the drop down menu.
Is there any way to solve the problem?
I have the 3.7.0. software version installed.

Regarding this issue, if you still have premium support, I recommend using version 2.3.2 as it’s probably the simplest option—it includes the print profile. However, if you want to print with version 3.7.0, set it to external materials with dual extrusion. Choose PETG-Based and adjust the temperature to 207°C for PLA PRO and 210°C for PLA.
