Cover for electronic card

Hi,

A housing for electronic card of a milling machine: L195x106xH30mm

A little bit of distortion at the edges (the raft was off about 1 mm), after that I scratched the surface of the heated bed.

Print characteristics: Light infill, 0.19, no fan (firmware 6.6.6/Zsuite 0.0.4) support 10°.

A strange thing, there is almost no raft on the right of the print (last picture). It is this first side that the edge is off the bed during printing.

Apart from problems of raft bond, I’m really impressed with the results of the M200, very hight potential machine IMO.

Congratulations Zortrax Team, and thanks for created this incredible printer.

Looks good! Another fine useful print. How does it fit on the milling machine?

I like it. You must have a good straight bed to get this big raft to stick.

firmware 6.6.6  Hope it would be released as soon as possible.

There is newer firmware available for download from the main Zortrax web page. “6.6.6” was an unofficial test release of 0.0.3. The official 0.0.3 release now supports fan control and automatic bed heater shutoff after printing, and has a bunch of other “under the hood” changes.

Thanks guys,

not perfectly, but it sticked. it was printed with 6.6.6 because i was hesitant to update with 0.0.3 firmware, without calibration numbers, but finally the bed level does not really change between 2 prints.
