We just bought the Zortrax Apoller in order to improve the surface quality of our products which are print with M200 and M200 plus 3D printer.
Unfortunatelly, we already having an issue with. During the first minutes of the process, we experiencing an error occured about depressurization. We having a warning message " Timeout during depressurization " .
We passed through once and we managed to complete the process but that was the only and last time the process succeed.
We would be most grateful if someone could help us with that.

Make sure that the filler cap is properly tightened before launching smoothing process. If that doesn’t help, replace filler cap gasket. Let me know if it helps

We just got our Apoller up and running and I am running into this same issue. We just opened our box and started running a smoothing on one of our parts and the Depressurization Error came up. I restarted the system and it ran fine. We are now trying to run it again at a different setting and we keep getting this same pop up error. I have changed the gasket is there anything else you recommend trying?

As much I remember, we tried to decrease the temperature of the room because it was up 30°C.
I don’t really remember if that was the solution of the depressurization error because we also had an issue with “Peltier cooler error”.
You can also try to clean the gasket door.
We did not use the Apoller for a while but if you need some help, let me know.
Apart from tightening the cap (please double-check that, this is important) and replacing the filler cap gasket - make sure the door is fully closed. Also, what is the ambient temperature in the room?
