DWG to STEP or IGS

Hi, 

I would need to convert attached DWG files to something usable for 3D like STEP or IGS. I can see the geometry in DWG viewer, but can't convert it. I saw this tutorial for Solidworks, so it shall be possible. I will appreciate your help.
