Edge Printing Trouble

Hi Guys,
I should print several boxes like on the attached image.
External resins are not working, Zortrax Pro Black almost good, but I get problems on the edge…

The head is calibrated, the FEP film just replaced… setting are the default…

I have tried to print also in 90 degree vertical and also zero degree horizontal.

If you had/have same trouble, please share your solution.
