I’m not thinking along any of those lines though. Personally I want to avoid drilling or sticking anything to the enclosure, therefore I am designing a quarter turn latch that attaches only to the plexi-glass.
Sorry, I still like mine better from both a visual standpoint and no drilling into the printer. Panels pop right on and off with magnets. Took about an hour and a half to make.

No, I’m not going to do a top cover. The build area gets up to 35-40C and stays there, the sides block outside drafts pretty well, and fumes/odor are not a problem for me.

Yes your doors are very nice and you did a good job on them , but do you have a top cover yet?

I have you kit and its great, but I have not put the front on because I dont want to drill into my Zortrax for the hinges. I would suggest doing away with the hinges and just make the front the same as the sides, removable by just turning the two latches. As far as I can see having the front with hinges serves no real purpose as I at least access the printer from the two sides to unplug the cables and lift out the platform.
Also, as per Julia, I am not really looking for a top cover as the inside without it stays at a constant temperature.
I have gadgetstogo enclosure panels, but now with the front panel removable easily with two latches like the sides, so no making holes for hinges. It looks great and has seals around the edges so it fits nicely. This will tie me over until the official Zortrax enclosure is available.
