Endstop dysfunction

Hello,

I have a problem with my endstop.

When printing, it detects lack of filament, despite the fact that there is some filament in the endstop and the LED appears blue.

I would be delighted if anyone could help me.

Hello Florian,

the material endstop might be at fault. If the printer is still under the warranty - please, contact your reseller and ask for replacement. For the time being - you can disable the material endstop in the menu, so your prints will not be interrupted. Also, the casing might be worn-out - you can print a new one, replace it and check if this solves the problem.
