Error #15:11 - extruder pcb overheating

Hi,

I’m getting error #15:11 after few minutes of printing. I followed all steps from manual, even bought new extruder PCB board, today I switched whole extruder head and nothing helps. Do you have any other solution or idea what might be the reason?

Hoping for your help as my printer is useless right now…

Adam

Hi @wrobless,

Have you checked the extruder cable? Tried replacing it?

Hi @DamianZortrax,

cable looks perfect.

Hi, I have the same problem, if you have a solution please post it. I replaced the PCB about two weeks ago due to a problem with the encoder.

Hi, if you’ve replaced the PCB, it’s likely that the extruder cable is damaged. Perform the following test: while loading the material, start moving the extruder cable to check the FPC cable connection. If the filament is fed correctly, you will need to replace the FPC cable. Often, the FPC cable doesn’t work properly because it’s been pinched or damaged, and in certain extreme positions, it may fail to function correctly. Perform this test for both the support filament and the main filament. Let me know if this resolves the issue.
