Hi,
today after printer restart, error #8 appeared that says it is unable to connect with mainboard. Thus, I did tried to update firmware according to the message above error and now, I receive information that firmware can not be upgraded - error #15. What’s going on? This is completely new printer bought less than a month ago and now I can not do anything.
