Error in file..You can repair it using Netfabb basic.

Not a bug in Z-suite.. Bug in the STL file.. It is not a water tight model. Has missing faces.(really small ones) It came across as a surface in Spaceclaim. Not a solid.
Downloaded and checked on Netfabb, passed.
But not in Meshmixer. Applied the corrections and checked in Netfabb, little problems showed-up, corrected.

I like to share that the new Z-suite 0.0.5 dose have a bug. After loading an STL file, the layer creation stopped at 96% for two hour.
Later I used the same file at the local 3-D print shop, and was working fine. I Use the software Ashlar-Vellum, Cobalt modeling,
(http://www.ashlar.com/3d-modeling/3d-modeling-cobalt.html), and Rhino 3-D. Not AL file are affected.
