It seems Izabela is no longer with Zortrax, my support messages go nowhere. I asked in the chat about that issue and I received 4 automatic messages telling that Marta, Szymon, Karolina, Izabela are no longer working at Zortrax.
Last week the forum was down and my antivirus didn’t let me in either.
What is going on at Zortrax? First of all, will someone pick up me support tickets? Second, should I be worried, is Zortrax going under?
Thats a really good question. I’ve had an ongoing issue with Zortrax about an order for about 3 months now. About 2 weeks ago, they just completely stopped replying to me.

Yes, I noticed that too when my ongoing ticket bounced back, and I received an email with all the public communication staff basically saying they had all left the company.
I don’t expect much in the coming months until they recover or potentially shut down. If they do shut down, it would be unfortunate because it would mean no more updates, no support, and difficulty finding parts.
I have also been without answers from Zortrax. I placed an order of a metal package for our M300 Dual and some extra spares 3 months ago. It has not arrived, nor have any of my inquiries been answered. Is this really +600 euros down the drain?
