Who explained me how it affects and when use the command “additional fan speed” in z-software?

It increases the air flow over the print. Good for small prints or ones that have difficult support. I use 20% for most prints. 

Keep in mind that airflow will also weaken the part, and can cause splitting and warping also. Always a trade off.
