Extensive offset

Hi Folks,

Yesterday I have experienced a unique problem. While zortax was printing, after a while the print had offset it self and printed a very strange object. You can clearly see it in the pictures. Any Ideas ??

My only suspicion is that, my raft wrapped and because of it the model put some force to the head and the axis shifted.

I was printing with Ulrat 19mm layer

medium, 20 degrees and 20 fan speed.

Also dealing with wrap when i print with ultra… So i have to follow the same procedures with abs print ( doors, abs juice, etc etc)

PS: the right one is printed with HIPS

Check all set screws.. Looks like you might have a couple loose ones. (rods and motor pulley)

Please follow this instructions:

I recommend to place your model like below: l1nH1C5.png

I see your point , you made the same suggestion for the same model to be printed like this when i had problem printing with hips. But there is definately more support which is almost impossible to remove when printed with Hips, when printed with Ultrat it makes sense...
