I managed to print flexible material by removing the 4 screws on the extruder gear motor, and then adding some tape in the CCW direction in the extruder wheel. that way the material has no room to turn around the gear. If i remove the tape it will turn around the gear.
Does it work? I can prepare a ZCODE for you with more space between raft and first layer so raft removal should be bit easier, just let me know.
edit: I believe that bottom part is needless :>
The red mark part of this picture is unnecessary.
It seems there is nothing in CAD data.
I need to recreate it later.

If you increase the space between the raft and the model first layer, will not the model be adhered to the raft even if it is printed at a high temperature that does not emit a click sound when drawing rafts?

No, it shouldn't. I'm going to slightly increase space between. Which profile you are using to print TPU?
We are also trying to print using a elastomer (https://www.nexeo3d.com/nexeo3d/ccrz__Products?categoryId=a6a44000000GolZAAS&isCSRFlow=true&portalUser=&store=&cclcl=en_US), bt have also found that the raft is impossible to remove. I have read about using an earlier version of Z-Suite, adding a pause after the raft, removing the raft during the pause, and inserting a shim plate measuring 1.5mm high to fill the gap. Is there a more simple way around this? Is it possible to create a space between the raft and the first layer using the standard software?

Many thanks

try printing the raft in abs, pause print, unload abs, load tpu then finish the print off
