I try to replace the bearing of the extruder. I can’t remove the plastic support of the bearing. Should I force to remove it ?
Hi. At first, you need to remove the screws shown in the picture below. You will be able to remove the plastic part then.

I was able to loosen the 1.5mm hexagon socket screws, but I couldn’t get them out of the block. I’ve already tried it with a strong magnet on the screwdriver and through laying the M300Plus on the back. The metal and plastic parts are now movable, but are still stuck in the block.

I am really sorry to hear about this. I am afraid we do not have any special way of removing the screws from the extruder aluminium block - therefore, a new one might be required. This service part can be purchased via support form.
