After a 500 dollar repair, my newly returned printer will not work. My extruder gear will not turn at all and I cannot even load my filament. Additionally, Zsuite(latest update) will not work on my computer(an updated Mac). It opens only to reveal a blank page that will not load anything. I have downloaded Mono Framework to no avail. If anyone can please help me out, I would be grateful!
