When I start to heat the extruder it start from 76% but nothing happened , it not heating(stuck at 76%) any suggestion what is the problem?

are you able to tell if the hotend actually heats up, or is it cold? The problem may be caused by the heater&thermocouple, extruder cable or PCB. You can check the extruder cable as shown in step 4 - the extruder may start heating again when bent at some specific angle (there are multiple paths inside the cable, a problem may occur even if one of them is damaged).
However, if you go to the heating controls and the extruder starts heating automatically despite the heating is turned off - this could indicate the motherboard’s failure.
