Is this caused by print bed issue ( see pictures )? Just started happening and hear clicks when laying down raft. I’m thinking my print bed is warped but not sure.

please note that the distance between the nozzle and platform may not be sufficient when you apply the tape. This is why you hear a clicking sound then (providing that this happens only while the first layer of the raft is being printed). Apart from autocalibrating the platform and verifying its results (also, make sure it is not deformed), try increasing the platform-raft gap in Z-SUITE.
