Fiberglassing on 3d printed part

I'm pretty new to fiberglassing with epoxy or polyester resin. Anyone has any experience with laminating fiber glass with epoxy on 3d printed part? The goal is to be able to do rapid prototyping for parts that normally needs to be casted with carbon or fiber glass on shaped foam. The problem is that epoxy does not seem to bond with abs which means a shell is created around the foam but without the adhesion to the foam inside it is not strong enough.

Thanks

Hi, I would try to give it a rough grinding with sandpaper. Bonding will be improved.

If thats not enough, ask Dr. google for plastic primer, e.g. a shop for car varnishing like this: https://www.lackundfarbe24.de/de/Spraydosen-Lacke-und-Grundierungen/MIPA-Industrie-Lackspray/MIPA-PU-240-Glanzgrad-Lack-Spray-400-ml-Farbton-nach-Wunsch  (sorry german)

I even managed to glue Polymaid11 with such a primer.
