Hello!

Every time you load a model to be printed this is displayed error:

"File Error

Please prepare your model again"

I have the latest version of firmware 1.0

Loading the model for the second time, it is loaded correctly and will print.

Maybe a bad connection between SD  card and printer.

I'm seeing this on my v1 printer, even after changing the SD card socket. Maybe it's the card...

I saw the same on a brand new printer, except the error was there all the time. I formatted the card (slow formatting), restarted the printer, and all was OK.

Hello,

Please try to put inside and out your SD card few times into the card reader. Let me know if that solved your issue.

I tried to format the SD card and it seems that the problem was solved. But later I tried to run another press and the error appeared again.

I’m not worried about this error, because making a new attempt it runs smoothly!

FlashAir Class 10 SDHC works perfect each time without a single glitch.

Maybe it really wants (expects) more speed...

Same problem here. New prints starts with error, sometimes multiple times. In the end the print starts correctly.
